At Surprise Shirts Ltd, we want you to be thrilled with your mystery kit, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for mystery boxes, the surprise element is part of the product, but we will happily exchange sizes if the fit isn't right.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Kit

  Securely place the shirt in its original packaging, ensuring all official tags and any included bonus items are present.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the jersey, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement mystery shirt within 5 business days.
